After earning a PhD in visual attention, I began my career at UserZoom, where I spent five and a half years as part of their Professional Services team. During this time, I honed my expertise in task-based benchmarking, delivering actionable insights that helped businesses maintain a competitive edge in their markets

I then transitioned to an in-house role at Comparethemarket, where I spent three and a half years leveraging unmoderated research methods to streamline journeys across their products.

In February 2025, I founded 'Off the Bench UX' as a specialized service dedicated to Unmoderated UX Research methods, including Task-Based & Trustpilot Benchmarking.
